Inclement Weather Statement

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 701-543-6313 or use the client portal.

Decisions regarding office closures are made with consideration of weather conditions in the Fargo–Moorhead area, including guidance from North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) as well as local business and school closures. If the office needs to close due to weather, I will notify you as soon as possible through secure messaging in the client portal and work with you to reschedule at a time that is convenient.
