Inclement Weather Statement

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 701-543-6313 or use the client portal.

Decisions regarding office closures are made with consideration of weather conditions in the Fargo–Moorhead area, including guidance from North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) as well as local business and school closures. If the office needs to close due to weather, I will notify you as soon as possible through secure messaging in the client portal and work with you to reschedule at a time that is convenient.

Schedule

Finding the Office

Park on the west side of the building (look for the squared arch labeled Manchester Building). If that lot is full, overflow parking is available directly across the street to the north.
Enter the building and turn right. Continue following signs for the elevator, staying to the right side of the hallway. You can either take the elevator or continue to the end of the hall to use the stairs.
Head to the 3rd floor:

Elevator: Exit and turn right, then, continue down the hall.

‍ ‍ Stairs: Go to the 3rd floor and continue straight down the hall.

4. Look for Suite 318 on your left and enter the waiting room.

5. If my office door is open, feel free to knock. If it’s closed, make yourself comfortable in the waiting area—help yourself to coffee, refreshments, or a snack, and I’ll come get you at your scheduled appointment time.
