Therapy that feels grounded, not clinical.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and not judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empathetic.
We’ll explore ongoing patterns, build awareness, and develop tools that help you feel more steady in your day-to-day life — not just during sessions.
Meet Amanda
Sometimes, change doesn’t happen loudly.
It can happen quietly-in the moment you realize you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve been holding it together for a long time. But lately, something feels different. You’re tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, or repeating the same patterns and you know you can’t keep doing things the same way.
If you’ve reached a point where something needs to shift, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Amanda Knapper. I created At This Point Counseling to help adults navigate those exact moments.
My Approach to Therapy
My style is calm, warm, and grounded. I won’t overanalyze you or overwhelm you with clinical language. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create change that feels realistic and sustainable. We’ll meet you where you are and start from there. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis.
